Jack Skellington is the main protagonist of the 1993 Disney animated film The Nightmare Before Christmas by Tim Burton and the deuteragonist of its sequel novel Long Live the Pumpkin Queen. He is the King of Halloween Town that wanted to discover what Christmas was, and has proven to be selfless. He is the husband of Sally as well as the archenemy of Oogie Boogie.
