Why FinBolt Dual Door Set
Beautiful high-security – a beautifully matching 2 lock door set comprising one high-security automatic deadbolt that automatically locks without turning a key and a second insurance compliant, key operated manual deadbolt.
Kitemarked insurance compliant – The automatic deadbolt is BS8621 certified and the manual deadbolt is BS3621 certified and kitemarked. Both locks have a 20mm steel bolt that can withstand 10kn of force and a hardened steel lock case that can withstand 5 minutes of constant drilling.
Registered keys that cannot be copied without permission - 3 soft grip high security keys as standard. Additional keys available online to key card holders only.
One key opens both locks – both TS2007 3 star ABS Avocet cylinders are keyed alike so one key opens both locks. The automatic deadbolt uses a thumbturn (so easy exit is assured in emergency) and the manual deadbolt is key operated.
Reliable long life assured – these locks have been tested 200,000 times (that’s about 20 years of use for an average house) to achieve their EN12209 certification and why we guarantee them for 10 years.
Heavy duty lockguards – adding extra protection to the cylinders and act as a visual deterrent to a burglar.
Sleek & elegant design – unlike bulky night latch locks mounted onto the door, the FinBolt is embedded into the door so is a more elegant solution suitable to period or modern homes.
