After Fiat and Seat broke all ties in 1983 Seat started exporting lightly changed Fiat models in Europe. The longest living of these cars was this Marbella based on the Fiat Panda. The Marbella was built from 1986 until 1998. The original Fiat (and Seat) Panda was introduced in 1980.
